I really enjoy hosting and bringing people together. But growing up in one of the densest cities in the world, Hong Kong, you see a lot of people and make a lot of awkward eye contact but no meaningful encounters. Travelling to different cities fascinated me as I experience the diverse culture embedded, created and celebrated through cities. This led me to architecture, where the opportunity to design at different scales, from the stairs of a building to the masterplan, creates the places that host meaningful encounters and create lasting memories.
