Working at Studio Egret West
Our people tell us they are happy, and we think that is down to our non-hierarchical approach, the social environment we foster and importantly, encouraging and curating ideas. It’s one of the reasons we’ve recently become an Employee Ownership Trust.
Our studio is a dynamic space, full of inspiration and creativity. You may find people cooking lunch in our open plan kitchen, brainstorming propositions in one of our many creative spaces or helping themselves to a pint from our beer taps at the end of the week.
Here at Studio Egret West (SEW) we are a very sociable bunch of people and we have numerous activities on throughout the week. From ‘SEW and Tell’ sessions, drawing classes and softball tournaments to weekly massage and yoga sessions. You can join as many or as little events as you want. We also offer annual international studio trips and an enhanced pension scheme.
Studio Egret West believes that you should never stop learning. We provide regular CPD sessions to help with your development. We offer a collaborative working environment, with the opportunity to develop your own knowledge and that of other disciplines within the studio. The company will support your professional development including the pursuit of qualifications.
