Creating and realising architecture are my roles within the Studio. At Balfron Tower historical layouts were retained and new internal spaces were made within the existing listed shell. New methods of modelling the façade were adopted with the BRE to bring the internal flats to contemporary standards. Working in collaboration with the design and construction team, my leadership, creative, communication, design and sketching skills are used to generate innovative solutions.
I bring a wealth of experience in practice as well as strong academic grounding with a PhD in architectural history and a recently published book Travels with Frank Lloyd Wright.
