Part II Architectural Assistant

The rich tapestry of human culture is the blueprint for inspiring and meaningful design.”

Drawing inspiration from the profound connection between people and their diverse cultures, I am driven by the belief that architecture is a reflection of this deep emotional bond. This fundamental relationship serves as the cornerstone of my creative journey, inspiring me to craft spaces that resonate with the essence of each community.

After relocating from Bulgaria to Scotland in 2017, I pursued my architectural studies at the University of Dundee. I am proud to have graduated with First Class Honours and was recognised as the school’s "Best Final Year Student" for my thesis project on the transformation of an abandoned industrial landscape of North-Rhine Westphalia to rejuvenate a struggling university institution.

Joining Studio Egret West has been a pivotal step in my professional journey, providing me with the opportunity to collaborate with esteemed designers and expand my horizons. The multidisciplinary ethos of the studio has been instrumental in honing my skills and nurturing my creativity.

Outside of architecture, I am an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for football and the gym. I enjoy exploring new athletic activities to challenge myself physically and mentally. Additionally, I have a profound love for delving into the realms of history and philosophy through reading, which continually inspire and enrich my perspective on design and life.
