The latest phase of The Old Vinyl Factory – our masterplan for regeneration specialist U+I - has secured planning consent.

This approval includes our designs for Vinyl Square, the largest public space within The Old Vinyl Factory development. The square will be the home to the 6-metre sculpture of Nipper the Dog, the original symbol of HMV, a label that was born on the site, whilst a ‘vinyl’ motif manifests throughout the plan. Works to deliver Vinyl Square will begin later this year.

Our landscape design that sits around the Innovation Hub - which is the conversion of the retained Power House by Pilbrow and Partners - has also been approved.

This latest consent marks the continuation of our work as masterplanner and landscape architects for The Old Vinyl Factory in Hayes, West London. Working alongside various architectural teams, we have also designed our own buildings within the masterplan: the now completed Boiler House and Music Box, and we are delivering the Power House Energy Centre.
