We are excited to share that Plus X Brighton has been shortlisted for the Architects’ Journal AJ100 Building of the Year Award 2022
Plus X Brighton is a purpose built innovation hub designed to be one of the healthiest workplaces in the UK. At its heart is a five storey co-working space with state-of-the-art facilities including digital studios and prototyping labs, along with two floors of traditional office space and a rooftop terrace.
The building sits as the flagship scheme within our wider masterplan for regeneration specialist U+I’s Preston Barracks development, one of Brighton’s largest ever regeneration schemes, being delivered in partnership with Brighton & Hove City Council and University of Brighton.
