Marketing Coordinator
Studio Egret West is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our practice in Clerkenwell, London.
About
Studio Egret West is an award-winning transdisciplinary practice of 80 architects, urban designers, landscape architects, graphic designers, model makers, and filmmakers working on a range of transformative mixed-use, placemaking projects.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our creative studio on a permeant, full-time basis. Working closely with our founding partner David West, with guidance from the Bid Coordinator, you will assist with drafting and publishing external communications, producing compelling award submissions, compiling bid presentations, and coordinating events and talks in the UK and internationally.
This is a unique opportunity for someone to gain experience in a transdisciplinary practice that promotes intrinsic relations between Architecture, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture, with sustainability and community wellbeing at the heart of our design approach.
General responsibilities:
- Assisting the Bid Coordinator collating bid proposal inputs from our team and external consultants
- Assisting with tracking bids and monitoring submission deadlines
- Supporting the Bid Coordinator with administrative tasks, such as staff CVs and the bid resource library
- Producing case studies, awards submissions, and competition entries
- Updating the Studio’s website and social media with projects updates and comms
- Coordinating project milestones information from our designers to produce press releases to go to press outlets
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM and imagery data-base on Open Asset
- Copywriting for practice literature, including the SEW website
- Assisting with Studio Exhibitions and external press opportunities (participation in talks and panels)

Required
Excellent literacy, writing and editing skills
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously, reporting on progress ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently, prioritising key tasks
Strong content generation skills with a keen eye for detail
Beneficial
Proven experience of working within architecture or the design industry
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and MS Office
Experience in preparing bid documents
