Lucy and Dan's talk "Regrowing the Industrial City: Landscape, Heritage and the Future of Manchester", explored how regeneration can reconnect cities to their histories, landscapes and communities, creating places that are rooted in context while responding to contemporary challenges.
Through projects including Cotton Quay, Holt Town, Albert Bridge House and Mayfield, they discussed how architecture, landscape and public realm can work together as part of a single civic framework, shaping neighbourhoods that are sustainable, resilient and full of life.
