Following a screening of the National Emergency Briefing, the discussion moved beyond the scale of the challenge to focus on agency: what can we do differently, now, through design, planning, policy and the way we shape places?
A recurring theme was the need to move from simply reducing harm towards creating places that are genuinely resilient, regenerative and able to support both people and nature. The conversation also reinforced how important collaboration is - across disciplines, sectors and generations.
