Community consultation on the Future Phases starts this week. We would like to hear from as many neighbours, stakeholders and members of the wider community as possible.

Earlier this year Battersea Power Station appointed Studio Egret West as master planner, urban designer and landscape architect for the remaining c.50% of the riverside neighbourhood.

With around half of the approved masterplan now delivered, the Future Phases will continue the evolution of one of Central London’s most exciting remaining brownfield regeneration opportunities. These phases could deliver up to 3.2 million sq ft of new homes, workspace, cultural, leisure and community space.

Studio Egret West will evolve Rafael Viñoly’s original masterplan, first conceived over 15 years ago, to respond to changes in expectations around lifestyle, leisure and workspace.

Community consultation on the Future Phases starts this week. We would like to hear from as many neighbours, stakeholders and members of the wider community as possible.

Displays will be available at the Hub in Grosvenor Arch, under Grosvenor Railway Bridge, with members of our team on hand to talk through the emerging vision and answer questions.

Thursday 18 June from 4pm to 6pm
Friday 19 June from 2pm to 4pm
Saturday 20 June from 12pm to 2pm
