It has been a highly collaborative five year working closely with local residents, community groups, and designers to reimagine this long-vacant part of the city. This decision reflects the depth of that collaboration and the shared belief in what Earls Court can become.

Earls Court will once again be a place of making and exchange, an economic catalyst for West London and the wider UK. The masterplan has the capacity to deliver around 4,000 homes, 12,000 jobs, three new cultural venues, and 20 acres of public realm and green space, including a generous landscape framework. With 2.5 million sq ft of workspace dedicated to climate innovation, the site is poised to play a leading role in London’s emerging “Upstream” economy.
Attention now turns to the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, with a planning committee anticipated before the end of the year. Subject to approvals across both boroughs, we look forward to progressing the first phase and bringing life wonder to this extraordinary site!
