Studio Egret West is leading one of six multi-disciplinary teams shortlisted by Manchester City Council to submit a tender to develop a new Neighbourhood Development Framework (NDF) for Holt Town in Manchester.
From 17 expressions of interest, the 6 selected teams will prepare their submissions to the Council by the end of January 2024.
Holt Town has been for many years the missing piece of the jigsaw between the city centre and the major investment in east Manchester. As such, we have big ambitions for this neighbourhood and we are looking for a team who can match our vision. This is just the beginning of the journey for Holt Town – a bold and exciting future awaits.”
