Faraday Close is the gateway to the wider Watford Business Park and has been transformed from a surface car park and a series of dilapidated buildings into six light industrial units and a café.
The units sit in a landscape of SUDs ponds and more trees than have (probably) ever been planted in an industrial estate - soon to be joined by wildflower meadow turf which is to be installed over the next few weeks.
