The revised scheme, currently out for consultation, builds upon our consented vision of a mixed use development intertwined with public open space to create a vibrant riverside destination. A family of three octagonal buildings, each playing a unique role, create a dynamic urban composition, rising in height from the city centre towards the river.
Our scheme now delivers circa 800 homes, with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, including extensive resident amenities such as co-working spaces, wellness areas and entertainment facilities. A 17 storey office building will deliver 250,000 sq ft of flexible workspace designed for future ways of working, alongside ground floor retail, cafe, a cocktail bar and activated public spaces.
Enhanced pedestrian and cycle routes, including a riverside trail linking Albert and Trinity Bridges, create a permeable and inviting environment that connects the site seamlessly to the wider city.
