Studio Egret West is looking for a Project Manager to join its practice in Clerkenwell, London.
About
Studio Egret West is an award-winning transdisciplinary practice of 80 architects, urban designers, landscape architects, graphic designers, model makers, and filmmakers working on a range of transformative mixed-use, placemaking projects.
We have an expanding portfolio of exciting UK and international projects and are seeking a Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team and play a pivotal role in delivering a significant mixed-use district masterplan.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale masterplanning teams, particularly within the UK and Middle East (KSA and UAE). This role will require the coordination of architecture, landscape, urban design, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.
The candidate must also be willing and able to travel as required, supporting stakeholder engagement and project oversight.

Required
Oversee the day-to-day management of a complex, multi-disciplinary masterplanning project, ensuring alignment between architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, and engineering teams.
Demonstrate experience in project management within KSA/UAE, understanding regional project processes
Organise, schedule, and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, clients, and consultants
Maintain accurate meeting records, actions, and follow-ups
Manage and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring version control and accessibility for the team
Ensure compliance with digital collaboration tools (e.g., BIM, CDE platforms)
Monitor project programme, resources, risk, and schedules, proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions
Prepare regular status reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Identify potential risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression
Willingness to travel as needed for project meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagement
Fluency in English and relevant permit for working in the UK
Beneficial
Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or Construction Management, with a focus on project management.
Experience using project management and collaboration tools
Familiarity with contract administration
Ability to liaise effectively between design teams, engineers, clients, and stakeholders
Previous experience managing high-profile masterplans, urban developments, or multi-disciplinary design projects
