Studio Egret West is looking for an Architect to join its practice in Clerkenwell, London.
About
Studio Egret West is an award-winning transdisciplinary practice of architects, urban designers, landscape architects, graphic designers, model makers and filmmakers working on a range of mixed use, place-making projects.
We have an expanding portfolio of exciting UK and international projects and are seeking a talented Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate strategic thinking into compelling design proposals. You will have a track record of working on large-scale masterplanning projects, in the UK and overseas. You should have good working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies, and be confident coordinating with consultants and stakeholders on complex projects.

Required
demonstrable creativity and strong design ability across early RIBA stages (0–3)
experience working on large-scale, mixed-use projects in the UK and/or overseas
strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy
experience working in 3D CAD systems
a relevant UK work permit
Beneficial
a professional degree in architecture
ARB registered architect, preferably
proficiency in Revit will be advantageous
excellent communication, coordination and client-facing skills
experience preparing clear design reports and contributing to planning submissions
