Our proposals for Urban Splash and alongside Rural Office reuse the existing building in its entirety, bringing it back to life as a vibrant, mixed-use space with new cafés, bars, and shops on the ground floor spilling out onto the seafront, along with apartments, workspace, an aquarium, an events space as well as creating up to 138 new homes.
