150 Rue de Louvain Ouest in the Chabanel neighbourhood is the focus of the third edition of Reinventing Montreal, part of the C40 Reinventing Cities programme.
The initiative mandates innovative, low-carbon proposals that prioritize environmental sustainability, climate change resilience, and community integration. Montréal wants to see a mixed-use project come forward for the site that is humane, inclusive and affordable.
We will be submitting our Final Proposals in November 2026, with a public jury and presentation of projects in February 2027.
