The innovation hub in Brighton, one of a handful of buildings in the country to be accredited the highest Platinum standard by the International WELL, has been short-listed for the BCO Awards under the 'Commercial Workplace' category

This 53,000 sq ft building is the first of a national network of purpose-built collaborative workspaces, bringing together state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, game-changing innovation programmes, and vibrant communities helping to drive positive impact and business growth.

The building sits as a flagship element of LandsecU+I’s Preston Barracks development, with SEW as the masterplanners. This 2.2 hectare site involves the transformation of a Georgian army barracks and two adjacent University of Brighton car parks into a much-improved university campus and mixed-use neighbourhood. The development includes academic facilities, over 1,300 student bedrooms, and 360 homes.
