We concluded the first day of our Global Investment Summit week at Battersea Power Station, where investors joined us for a site tour followed by an evening reception.
The transformation of this historic landmark has created a major mixed-use destination in central London, now home to more than 170 British and international brands, including Apple’s UK headquarters.
But there is much more still to come. Construction will begin soon on Prospect Place South, and Studio Egret West has been appointed to evolve Rafael Viñoly’s original masterplan for the remaining 16 acres of the 42-acre riverside neighbourhood.
With the potential to deliver up to 3.2 million sq ft of residential, commercial, cultural and leisure space, its future phases represent one of central London’s most significant remaining large-scale brownfield regeneration opportunities.
