This award celebrates leaders driving meaningful change in sustainable practice, both within their organisations and across the wider industry - something Heidi exemplifies through her work at Studio Egret West and beyond.
An Architect and one of Edie’s 30 Under 30 sustainability leaders in 2025, Heidi leads Studio Egret West’s net zero strategy, helping shape the practice’s environmental agenda and embedding sustainability across projects and operations. Alongside practice leadership, Heidi is actively contributing to industry research and advocacy. She recently lead an LSA Design Think Tank in collaboration with Greengage, investigating the upstream ecological impacts of construction materials. She continues to champion innovation, collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the industry.
