As an architect at Studio Egret West, Matthew not only shapes places but also people. He leads our work experience programme, introducing aspiring designers to the world of architecture, urban design and landscape architecture. Within the studio, he’s a go-to for colleagues preparing for their Part 3 exams, offering mentoring and advice.
Beyond our walls, Matthew extends his passion for nurturing talent as a mentor to architecture and environmental design students at Westminster University—sharing his knowledge, listening deeply, and helping students navigate their paths into the profession.
This recognition is so well deserved, and we’re thrilled to see his dedication to the next generation of architects being celebrated.
Congrats Matthew!
