Kit Chow

Kit joined SEW as an architect in 2019, and has been involved with several of the Studio’s feasibility studies and competitions.

Kit previously worked for Rolfe Judd Architects in London, where he was involved from RIBA Stage 1-2 for a mixed use residential-led masterplan at the New Cross Gate Sainsbury’s site. This scheme includes 1,500 homes and 7,000m2 of retail space for developer Mount Anvil.

Whilst working for Panter Hudspith Architects, he was an architect for multiple mixed-use residential-led masterplans, including Main Yard, Hackney Wick, comprising 130 homes and 5,000m2 commercial space - regenerating this existing fully diverse estate, and offering both industrial and workshop units set around a central yard. Additionally, Kit worked on Spray Street Quarter, Woolwich, which features 450 homes alongside a cinema and retail space.
