Studio Egret West is a special place. The diversity, creativity and drive that is fostered by every single person in the studio makes it a unique and inspiring place to work.”

As a marketing and communications specialist, I love storytelling and sharing successes with our staff and clients. I studied Marketing at University in Leeds and over the past 12 years have worked for a number of different Architectural practices, as well as in the Education sector. I have always had an appreciation for architecture and place making. Every building, landscape and community has a story to tell and creates individual experiences for the user. Although I am not a trained Architect, I certainly feel part of the creative process; seeing how designers take an initial idea or sketch and make it a reality is truly inspiring.

Studio Egret West is a special place. The diversity, creativity and drive that is fostered by every single person in the studio makes it a unique and inspiring place to work. Being part of a studio that comprises such a mix of disciplines (urban designers, architects, landscape architects, graphic designers, model makers and film makers) means that there is a constant buzz and excitement about the variety of new project opportunities that come through the door.

As well as being a key part of the communications team at Studio Egret West, my role includes identifying and pursuing opportunities to collaborate with new and existing clients. I work closely with the Directors to seek exciting projects with clients whose values align closely with our own. I compile our proposal documentation, identifying clients’ key requirements and collaborate with our designers to ensure we have a bespoke, exciting and competitive offering for every client.
